Meet Vicky
Healing has never been just my profession. It has been my life’s calling.
Even before I became a nurse, I found myself drawn toward people who were hurting.
For twenty-five years, I worked with abused children. I recognized something deeply familiar in the fear they carried.
I wanted them to experience what every child deserves: to feel seen, safe, understood and loved.
That experience shaped the way I care for people today.
My Journey
"Healing begins with a single breath and the courage to begin."
Growing up in New York City surrounded by different cultures shaped the way I see people, healing, and belonging.
My own healing journey began at nineteen, when I found Reiki while searching for a way to heal from my childhood experiences. What began as a personal search became a lifelong exploration of healing, spirituality, and the parts of ourselves we sometimes hide in order to survive.
Over the years, that path has lead me to practices that have deepened my understanding of healing, including shadow work, Shamanic practices, and Ancestral Medicine.
My life has taught me that healing is not about becoming someone else. It is about coming to know ourselves more deeply, meeting what we find with compassion, and remembering the wisdom that has always lived within us.
